Debit : His age. He can no longer play the hero and has to accept the fact that only mature roles will suit him.

Credit : The most influential man in the industry. He finances all the cream projects and is the most feared and respected person in Bollywood circles.
Debit : His close proximity with Shah Rukh Khan shies away other actors who have better projects.

4) Shahrukh Khan
Baadshah of PR
Credit : His excellent PR skills gets him the right projects with the right directors at the right time. He is one actor who has his whole career mapped out for the future.
Debit : His tendency to ham. His inability to give hits without the help of brilliant directors. A guy by the name of Hrithik Roshan.

5) Sooraj Barjatya
The Family Man
Credit : His spotless reputation as a clean wholesome filmmaker. He brings the traditional Indian values to everyone's living room.
Debit : An overdose of sickly sweet gestures is always in his films and people get bored to see a family that is so perfect (Hum Saath Saath Hain).
Coming Soon : His next supposedly starring favorite Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan.

 

6) Subhash Ghai
The Showman
Credit : His track-record has all the top actors ready to dole out any dates for him. His amazing story-telling sense and his marketing savvy.
Debit : He often tends to rub people the wrong way.
Coming Soon : 'Yaadein' starring Hrithik Roshan and Amisha Patel.

 

7) Salman Khan
The Superbrat
Credit : His looks and his body. His ama\zing female following almost guarantees a good opening to his films. He has his own set of loyal producers and directors.
Debit : His balding pate. His inability to do varied roles. He plays the stereotypical rich playboy in every film.
Coming Soon : Abbas-Mastan's 'Chori Chori Chupke Chupke'.

 

8) Karan Johar
The Young Prodigy
Credit : He can make you cry, laugh, fall in love…all in less than 3 hours. He is young and hence willing to experiment. He has created the greatest casting coup of all time in his next movie.
Debit : Too many expectations. His style of movie-making reminds us of Yash Chopra and hence doesn't help him create his own identity.
Coming Soon : 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' starring Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor.

 

9) Hrithik Roshan
The Phenom
Credit : His looks, his body, his style, he has women of all ages swooning over him. Not since the heydays of Rajesh Khanna has one seen such a phenomenon.
Debit : Too much hype and too many expectations might take its toll on him.
