relish of green chillies, flavoured with ginger-garlic and spiced with pickle masala.
Shelf Life is 15 days to 1 month if preserved properly. This pickle is a temporary one and
does not last for a longer period.

Coriander seeds

Garlic Paste
15 gms
Ginger Paste
15 gms
Red Chilli Powder
10 gms
Mustard Oil
100 gms
Salt
35 gms
Lime Juice
200 mls
Procedure

Wash and clean green chillies. Cut each chilli into 2
parts.
Roast coriander and kalonji, cool and pound to a coarse
powder
Cooking :
Heat oil, and ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute,
add powdered masala, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Switch off the fire.
Add cut green chillies and lime juice. Mix once again.
Fill into a clean glass jar. Tie a piece of a muslin cloth
on the lip of the jar and replace the cap. Keep the jar in the sun for 2 days.
