| Ingredients |
- Bread slices : 8
- Milk : 1 cup
- Butter : 25 gms
- Eggs (beaten) : 2
- Nutmeg : a pinch

| Procedure
: |
- Trim the edges of bread slices.
- Butter the slices on both sides
and cut into two triangular pieces.
- Arrange the slices in layers in
a 8" * 6" oven proof dish.
- Mix together the milk,
eggs and nutmeg and pour on the buttered slices.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven
(160 C) for 30-40 minutes till the top is browned.
