Servings : Approx. 12 Kalakands
Cooking Time : 25-30 minutes
Ingredients
  • Milk : 2 cups
  • Tartaric (or curd) : 1/2 tsp (or 2 tbsps)
  • Sugar : 2 tsps

 

Procedure :
  1. Boil milk and add tartaric/curd to curdle milk.
  2. Add  sugar to the curdled milk, and keep boiling rapidly, stirring constantly till the mixture dries up and leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. Take off the fire and set it in a thali. Cool and cut into pieces.
