Servings : Approx. 12 Kulfis
Cooking Time : 25-30 minutes + freezing time
Ingredients
  • Milk : 5 cups
  • Cornflour : 2 level tbsps
  • Chopped almonds : 2 tbsps (optional)
  • Ground cardamom : 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra/saffron : to flavour

 

Procedure :
  1. Heat the milk and bring to boi and  stir it constantly.
  2. Make a paste of cornflour with 2 tbsps, water and add to the boiling mixture; continue boiling for 2-3 minutes, till thick.
  3. Remove from fire and add flavouring, cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Cool.
  4. Fill in kulfi moulds and leave to set in a freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
