Approx. 12 Kulfis
Cooking Time :
25-30 minutes + freezing time
Ingredients
Milk : 5 cups
Cornflour : 2 level tbsps
Chopped almonds : 2 tbsps (optional)
Ground cardamom :
1
/2 tsp
Kewra/saffron : to flavour
Procedure :
Heat the milk and bring to boi and stir it constantly.
Make a paste of cornflour with 2 tbsps, water and add to the boiling mixture; continue boiling for 2-3 minutes, till thick.
Remove from fire and add flavouring, cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Cool.
Fill in kulfi moulds and leave to set in a freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
